The Vision
The .5k event aims to create a humorous and inclusive atmosphere, featuring unconventional "athletic" challenges, an exciting party atmosphere, and food and drink for the whole family. The Boerne 0.5k has had great success with a similar event, showcased in the accompanying video.
In Support Of
A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Boomerang Backpacks, an organization that works to feed hungry children, provide community service opportunities for at-risk youth, and provide work-based learning experiences for special needs children
